Jawbone Bluetooth Headset

There really isn’t anything technically new going on here but this new Jawbone design is something we’d likely see in the MoMA design store. Jawbone claims to have created the first adaptive Bluetooth headset for mobile phones and although being the first doesn’t mean being the best, this sleek modern look is something that’s sure to grab some attention. This model does get some great reviews on places like Cnet.com and PC Magazine. $119.99

Apple’s Bluetooth Texter

I can’t decide if this is cool or not. I’m thinking not because this sends an SMS text message from your computer through your phone. There are other applications out there that do this. Google has an SMS text messenger that integrates into a Firefox toolbar. This allows you to send messages directly to the recipient from your computer. I do think the BT messenger has potential though. It just needs some more bells and whistles. Free

Star NX788

There has been a ton of buzz about this nifty little phone. This device is not so much about Bluetooth technology as it is about accommodating existing technology. This phone has a secret compartment which enables you to store and charge your Bluetooth headset. Unfortunately the Star NX788 is only manufactured and sold in China but American phone companies should take note. The secret compartment IS pretty cool. Price Unknown
