WHAT'S

Getting Ready for Ski Season
I am already getting that itch to get my skis out of the basement for the new season. Here are some suggestions for getting all geared up for the '07 season.
Skis, Boots & Boards: Sports Liqudautor
I have purchased over 10 pairs of skis for family and friends from Randy and his staff. Their prices and service are excellent and most orders are received next day via DHL from their store in Canada.
Accesories & Gear: Snowshack
Great prices on accessories including technical long underwear, travel bags, gloves, goggles, foot warmers and more. Use this link for free shipping
Clothing & Outwear: Sports Basement
Great website offering deep discounts and clearance items on brand name accessories and outwear including North Face, Columbia, Marmot and more.
My Favorite Ski Accessories
Giro Fuse Ski Hemlet
Very lightwight ski/snowboard helmet with a switch that let's you open or close
the vents to help keep the right tempature. There is also a version called the Giro Audio Fuse with built in headphones for your cell phone and/or iPod. If you have a Giro hemet already, you can add the headphones via the Tuneups accesory. Giro also makes a new verion of the Fuse with Wireless Bluetooth, which is very neat, but pricey. The chairlift will never be the same.
Hotronics Foot Warmers
The new Hotronic Power Plus m3's have Lithium Ion batteries which keep your feet very toasty for about ten hours a charge and don't have to be discharged. They are fairly easy to install and work very well. If cold feet spoil your skiing fun, this is money well spent.

Holiday Travel Tip
We love our GoGoKidz Carrier, which transforms your carseat into a stroller. It's really helpful for getting around the airport. We get stopped all the time and asked about it. When you don't need it, it's easy to take off and will fit in your suitcase. Works great with Britax seats.

Online product opinions are great, but they can be time consuming to read and there is a lot of fraud. Expo Tv has "video" opinions where users show you their favorite products and how to use them. They will also pay you to upload new reviews.
